WHO WE ARE
Andrew & Shyla McLean serve as the lead pastors of 414 Church located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Along with their three now adult children (Josiah, Seth and Ethan), they planted a life-giving church through the Association of Related Churches (ARC) in September of 2014.
In addition to pastoring, Andrew is called to invest in and lead other pastors who are looking to go to the next level in their ministry through the Next Level Relational Network. The NLRN places a strong emphasis on equipping pastors to build not only high impact churches, but to also equip them with tools to be personally healthy.
Andrew & Shyla have previously served in ministry as missionaries to Botswana, Africa. They have also served as Worship Pastor’s and in various ministry roles at churches around the United States.
They have been married for 30 years. They love going to festivals, attending live theatre, listening to live music, and watching their local sports teams – the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Bucks! Andrew stays active by playing ice hockey.
